Achilles Tendinopathy is a painful condition that results from overuse of the Achilles tendon. The Achilles tendon attaches the calf muscle to the back of the heel bone.  Whilst it is a common sporting injury, it can affect people that are not involved in sport.  


Achilles Tendinopathy is caused by excessive or repetitive strain on the Achillies tendon.
